Stainless steel 420J2 is strong and durable, hardened up to HRC 53+/-2 on Rockwell scale. The blades are easily sharpened and stay sharp for a long time. The handle is made of 18/10 stainless steel, which is better known as surgical. Matt finishing helps handles to stay non-slippery and lay tightly in hands. Accurate seamless connection of the handle with the blade is the key to high hygiene of the products. Hand wash only.
